No Public Access

Dixie Shores landowners must accompany guests.  Dixie Shores Community Association (DSCA) assumes no liability for injury or death. 

Patrolled Area

The area is monitored with technology and regularly observed by community watch.  

You are trespassing if you are not a landowner or approved guest for recreational use. 

Private Property

This boat launch and dock are for the private use of the landowners of Dixie Shores.    Violators vehicles may be towed. 

 

Be Respectful 

All neighbors are responsible for picking up your trash and respecting the boat launch and dock area.    Drive slowly and avoid hitting the dock. If you need assistance launching your watercraft, ask a neighbor.

While strictly voluntary, keeping the dock open to landowners is expensive. If you are currently a landowner or guest who regularly uses the dock, please consider donating to the community association.
